These measures are necessary due to the fragile nature of these products and susceptibility to damage from being installed improperly. If you have any questions or doubts regarding your ability to install any of the products we sell PLEASE CONTACT A PROFESSIONAL REPAIR PERSON TO ASSIST YOU.

All other items are subject to a 25% Re-Stocking Fee.

Return Policy:

If you receive a product that you need just follow the following steps:

Do not return or refuse an item without contacting us
for an RMA Number.

  1. Save the original packaging that you received the product(s) in. Place the product(s) back into their packaging and reseal the package.
  2. Contact us either by email or phone as soon as you realize there is a problem. You will be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA Number) which is required to expedite the process.
  3. If you need an alternative product we will ship them to you promptly. If there is a difference in price it will be adjusted at that time. If the new product costs less than the one that you have already received, we'll credit your credit card. Your credit card will be charged the difference should the new part cost more. You will be notified if there are any credits or charges to your credit card.
  4. Send us the product(s) using UPS or US Postal Service Priority Mail. No refunds will be issued without our receipt of the merchandise. We do NOT refund shipping costs.

Ordering
Orders may be placed via the Internet from our web site at: http://www.USSpaParts.com, by email at: orders@usspaparts.com or by calling our Toll Free Order Line at: 866-444-7727. All orders are processed within 24 hours and are shipped out at the earliest possible time. Orders that will be delayed due to production scheduling or back orders will be notified within 2 business days.

Payment
All orders are shipped pre-paid using Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express or PayPal™. Pre-Payment via check sent by U.S. Mail will also be accepted.

Warranties
We honor all manufacturers warranties on all of the products we sell. Defective parts will be repaired or replaced at our discretion.
