PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

The following items may not be returned for any reason:
Equipment Systems Control Systems Complete Pumps
Circuit Boards Spa Side Controls Thermostats
High Limit Switches Transformers Lights & Light Bulbs
Motors Blowers Ozone Generators & Bulbs
Relay & Contactors Air Switches Any Electric Parts
Chemicals & Testing Products Filters Immersed in Water Glued Fittings of Any Type

These measures are necessary due to the fragile nature of these products and susceptibility to damage from being installed improperly. If you have any questions or doubts regarding your ability to install any of the products we sell PLEASE CONTACT A PROFESSIONAL REPAIR PERSON TO ASSIST YOU.

All other items are subject to a 25% Re-Stocking Fee.
Return Policy
If you receive a product that you need to return just follow the following steps:

Do not return or refuse an item without contacting us for an RMA Number.

  1. Save the original packaging that you received the product(s) in. Place the product(s) back into their packaging and reseal the package.
  2. Contact us either by email or phone as soon as you realize there is a problem. You will be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA Number) which is required to expedite the process.
  3. If you need an alternative product we will ship them to you promptly. If there is a difference in price it will be adjusted at that time. If the new product costs less than the one that you have already received, we'll credit your credit card. Your credit card will be charged the difference should the new part cost more. You will be notified if there are any credits or charges to your credit card.
  4. Send us the product(s) using UPS or US Postal Service Priority Mail. No refunds will be issued without our receipt of the merchandise. We do NOT refund shipping costs.

Payment

All orders are shipped pre-paid using Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express or PayPal™. Pre-Payment via check sent by U.S. Mail will also be accepted.

Shipments

Shipments are F.O.B. Ava, MO. US Spa Parts will assist customers with tracking of or the location of damaged or lost shipments, however damaged or lost packages are solely the responsibility of the freight company and/or the buyer. Standard shipping is available in the 48 contiguous states only. International / air shipments available for all other areas at additional cost to customer.

Shipping

All orders under $20 are shipped for a flat rate of $8.95. Orders of $20 or more will be shipped for a flat rate of $12.95 within the 48 contiguous states. Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, and outlying territories will be charged actual shipping costs. International customers should call for a price quote.
